We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and tech-savvy Sales and Operations Assistant to help with conversion of clients to members for a brand new and innovative dance fitness concept. 

Compensation 

• HKD65-75/hour (base rate) PLUS commission based on % of all packages and memberships sold

• Monthly bonus upon hitting a certain prescribed target 

Core Responsibilities

• MUST be present in the studio before, during, and after each class to build rapport with customers, achieve conversions, and engage in the sales process. You can see the schedule of classes here: https://www.flyefitnessasia.com/schedule

• Sell packages, memberships for the fitness studio (using Mindbody) 

• Go through the entire sales cycle from origination of first time clients to conversion of first time clients into members or pack holders. This entails:

○ Build rapport with clients/students who visit the studio for classes and record helpful information about them in our CRM database 

○ Follow-up with clients to gather feedback on the class/studio/instructors, and to initiative the conversion process

○ Make offers to the client for packages and memberships and make the sale on the Mindbody system

• Message clients to follow-up after the studio and advise them of promotions and offers 

• Come up or follow sales and marketing strategies to maximise client conversion and retention

• Monitor expiration of memberships and packs to ensure retention

• Set up, execute, and track promotional and ad campaigns and KPIs

• Execute Facebook or Instagram ad campaigns to originate visits 

Ancillary Responsibilities

• Assist with operations at the studio where required but main job is to do sales and promotions (there will be dedicated operations assistant) 

• Generate buzz about our product by strategically targeting any places there will be women i.e universities, expat women groups, professional women group, fitness group, Key Opinion leader i.e insta celebrities and strategic comments on their profiles etc etc. Exposure is key so we can convert and drive up our sales.

• Other duties ancillary to, arising out of, and in connection to marketing, public relations, and promotional activities as they arise.

Requirements

1. Previous sales experience required, ideally in the fitness industry but not absolutely required 

2. Experience with Mindbody required

3. GOAL-oriented and can work with targets

4. Be CUSTOMER-oriented and focused

5. Must have GREAT interpersonal skills

6. Must be PROACTIVE and a SELF-STARTER - take initiative and ownership of projects and tasks 

7. Must be ORGANISED and TECH SAVVY
