• Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• A minimum of 5 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in consultant firm or property management company;
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker and Registered Minor Works Contractor (Class III) will be an advantage;
• Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation, etc.;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer
