Job description and responsibilities

• Sell and promote biotechnology research products including reagents, equipment and consumables to universities, hospitals, laboratories and government departments.
• Prepare quotations, handle inquiries and complaints.
• Improve customer satisfactions through visits, workshops and timely follow-ups.
  
• Ad-hoc project support.

 Job requirements

• Degree holder in Biology or any related disciplines
• Customer visits (universities and hospitals) 3-4 times per week
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Good communication skills
• Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• PC literate (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
• Immediately available is preferred
