Job details:-

• Answer patients’ enquiries and handle appointments.
• Drugs dispensing. 
• Assist Chinese Medicine Practitioner in handling acupuncture and cupping.
• Introduce services to patients.

Requirements:-

• Form 5 or above
• Good command Mandarin and English
• Good customer service
• Knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
• Certificate in blood taking is preferred, but not a must
• Welcome fresh graduate

主要職責: 

- 處理病人預約, 查詢, 跟進

- 協助西醫診症、配藥及輔助中醫理療，如針灸、拔罐

- 與病人簡介中心服務及收費

資歷 :

- 中五以上程度

- 懂基本電腦操作(Microsoft word/ Excel)

- 主動、積極、待客親切有禮

- 良好普通話和英文溝通能力

- 具相關經驗或持有抽血證書可獲優先考慮

- 歡迎應屆畢業生或轉行
