Job Description

The incumbent will assist the Chef de Partie in day-to-day food production and the operations of a specified kitchen section and assist in maintaining the high standards of food quality and hygiene in the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • School certificates in vocational training
  • Certificate in recognized food handling / sanitation institution is highly preferred
  • At least 1 year’s culinary experience in western restaurants or cafes
  • Independent, eager to learn, a good team player with strong communication skills
  • Good spoken English and Cantonese
