Reporting directly to the Department Head of Design and Planning Department, the incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of the master planning for project re-development, review the offerings of our existing park and provide innovative ideas and design, with the goal to provide world class experience for our guests. He/she will assist in the appointment and management of design/lead consultants for capital projects; provide design and art direction during the execution of the projects, ensure highest level of quality for all projects; advice on statutory requirements to ensure the organization is in full compliance of all relevant building codes and regulations, and other ad-hoc assignments as required and directed by the Department Head / Executive Director of Design and Engineering Division.

Requirements

- Degree holder in Architecture or related disciplines

- With at least 8 years’ experience in Design and Project Management

- Registered Architect and members of recognized Architectural / Design Institute(s) will be beneficial

- Familiar with the Hong Kong Buildings and Statutory Regulations

- Experience in Theme Park Project will definitely be an advantage

- Familiar with design softwares

- Good communication, interpersonal skills, be a good team player and able to work independently

- Self-motivated and creative, willing to work under pressure and tight schedules

- Strong ability in strategic thinking, conceptualization, theming and with good design sense

- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Design Architect
