Job Description
- Manage major key corporate account / develop new business
- Work with senior management in setting sales action plans and strategies
- Source for new and appropriate vendors
- Meeting of sales target and boosting sales
- Project accurate representation of Company to vendors
- Analyze customer and competition situations, generate action plans to expand market share
- Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis reports
- Work closely with internal teams on assigned sales and marketing projects
- Proactive, cheerful and well-groomed at all times
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business or related field
- Experience in FMCG preferred, ideally experience of infant formula and infant products
- A minimum of 2 years experience in retail channel sales and account management
- Proactive, capable of developing & implementing sales action plan and explore business opportunities
- Ambitious, result-oriented with strong business sense
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and spoken. Korean is a plus
- Hardworking and reliable
- Adaptable and flexible
- Willing to travel
