How will you make an impact?
We are looking for a senior HR Manager to be part of our HR Team in Finland, preferably located in Joensuu. You will act as HR business partner to business leaders according to the HR service model. You are responsible for the day-to-day HR tasks related to the full employment life cycle on a strategic and operational level. With your confident, independent and engaging manner you will navigate well in our complex matrix structure and advise colleagues in an effective and inspiring way.
What will you do?
- Direct and develop HR activities in the dedicated business as well as on the country level
- Be the subject matter expert in Collective Agreement related employment issues
- Be proactively involved in the improvements of all procedures and processes, policies and HR tools and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Support implementation of global, regional and national initiatives
- Work closely with HR Director Finland and as an integrated part of the HR team in Finland, the Region, EMEA and the US
- Work closely with the business leaders and other stakeholders in Finland, Region, EMEA and US
How will you get here?
- Minumum 8 years of work experience in an accountable HR position
- Collective Agreement knowledge as well as understanding of the Finnish labor laws
- Experience in the manufacturing activities and shift work formulas
- Good leadership and change management skills
- Experience in working in a global matrix organization preferred
- Fluent spoken and written language skills (English, Finnish)
- PC literacy including MS Office and Outlook
- Experience in HR systems, preferably Workday and Mepco
