Job Description
- This post mainly responsible on implement, analyse & modify new program & system. Also, analyze and identify user request, maintain office computer systems & network.
- University graduate from IT discipline with minimum 2 years working experiences in IT field.
- Experience in Networking
- Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including OS, hardware & software
- Good understanding of server administration and maintenance
- Good IT technical skills is essential
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills, well organized, self-initiative, reliable
- Knowledge on switch, router, firewall, servers, VOIP, wordpress, photoshop & AI
- Solid communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Occasional weekend standby support is required
- Weekly conference call in English with oversea vendor
