Responsibilities:

• Maintain PC, servers, network, telephone system and troubleshooting.
• Provide day to day technical support.
• Liaising with external vendors on server, network, IT equipment and telephone system.
• Perform daily system check, backup and update inventory records
• Provide hardware and software upgrade, replacement, purchasing etc.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in IT/Computer Science or related discipline
• 1 year or above relevant experience in technical support is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Knowledge in TCP/IP networking, Windows Server and Linux
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English
• Certificates holder of CCNA / MCSE is a plus
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
