Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve the Financial Product sales targets by collaboration with the assigned customer relationship and network, sales target-based commission will be provided
  • Draft and deliver sales proposal and advising to potential customer, and post-sale services are provided to client
  • Ensure sales staff are capable to cross-sell various types of Financial products and able to deliver financial suggestions to customers
  • Build an individual sales team, where sales target is meet and different sales commission will be given
  • On-job training is provided and optimizing the company sales profit
  • 為個人及企業客戶的具體情況和需求制訂專業的資產及風險管理、個人醫療配套及家庭保障方案、家庭信託、財富規劃配置及財富傳承方案、公司團體醫療方案及僱員退休保障等服務
  • 為高淨值客戶提供專業資產配置、資產傳承及風險管理方案
  • 拓展客源,為現有客戶提供後續跟進服務
  • 建立及管理團隊

 

Requirements

  • F. 7 / DSE graduate, or University degree in a related discipline will be preferred
  • 1 to 3 years’ sales experience
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • High level of customer centrality mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

 

  • 中七/ DSE畢業或以上,歡迎國內同等學歷
  • 一至三年銷售工作經驗
  • 能操流利英語、廣東話及普通話
  • 積極主動,有責任心及良好溝通技巧
  • 開發良好潛在客戶並保持與現有客戶的長期關係
  • 在動態市場裡保持靈活的處事方針
  • 具有自我激勵和自主工作能力
