Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve the Financial Product sales targets by collaboration with the assigned customer relationship and network, sales target-based commission will be provided
- Draft and deliver sales proposal and advising to potential customer, and post-sale services are provided to client
- Ensure sales staff are capable to cross-sell various types of Financial products and able to deliver financial suggestions to customers
- Build an individual sales team, where sales target is meet and different sales commission will be given
- On-job training is provided and optimizing the company sales profit
- 為個人及企業客戶的具體情況和需求制訂專業的資產及風險管理、個人醫療配套及家庭保障方案、家庭信託、財富規劃配置及財富傳承方案、公司團體醫療方案及僱員退休保障等服務
- 為高淨值客戶提供專業資產配置、資產傳承及風險管理方案
- 拓展客源,為現有客戶提供後續跟進服務
- 建立及管理團隊
Requirements
- F. 7 / DSE graduate, or University degree in a related discipline will be preferred
- 1 to 3 years’ sales experience
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- High level of customer centrality mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
- 中七/ DSE畢業或以上,歡迎國內同等學歷
- 一至三年銷售工作經驗
- 能操流利英語、廣東話及普通話
- 積極主動,有責任心及良好溝通技巧
- 開發良好潛在客戶並保持與現有客戶的長期關係
- 在動態市場裡保持靈活的處事方針
- 具有自我激勵和自主工作能力
