Job Description
THE POSITION:
You will be responsible for administrative tasks and helping with the flow of documentation in our accounting and company secretarial departments. Reliability, a strong work ethic and great communication skills are necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing correspondence and drafting report
- Manage documents (internal & external)
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Maintain and update document lists
- Handle calls and emails of clients or redirect inquiries
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma / HKDSE
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Independent, well-organized and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal, communication and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
