Job Description
#### Position Description:
Manage service center repair operations and performance. Assure uninterrupted
supply flow from L1/L2 hub to North America Service Centers and L3 customers
to ensure on time service repair. Coordinate cross geography and cross
functional teams to meet objectives such as stock optimization, transport &
stock replenishment efficiency, customer satisfactions, and low financial risk
due to E&O or material constraints
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Basic Qualifications - Years of Experience: 5+ years
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the operation of service center performance and cost meet
service matrix including OTD, inventory and quality
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities to improve total cost to
serve, inventory optimization, or service metrics
• Work with planner and other internal stakeholders on materials planning,
swap and seed stock demand fulfillment
• Collaborate with support teams on NPI material & price readiness and EOL
plan for service centers and L3 customers
• Measure and assure supply in regional hub, allocate material as needed
• Work with logistics, warehouse, forwarders on shipping, expedite, inventory
management and any other issues that related to material for local region
• Facilitate communication cross functions, regions and teams
#### Position Requirements:
Required Skills and qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Fulfillment/Service materials
environment
• Experience with a vendor operated network of repair centers
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
• Expertise in data analysis using provided data or extracting data from IT
tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, vlookup, pivot table, macros and
graphing)
• Be able to work with different IT tools and software i.e. SAP, Salesforce,
Power BI etc.)
• Be flexible to attend early/later hours meetings with global team in
different time zone
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• Supply Chain or related degree would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, independent and organized
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced dynamic technological
environment
• Knowledge of integrated manufacturing systems, MRP/ERP
• Previous experience with Database tools, such as SQL and Access

• Must be fluent in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High motivation, assertiveness, flexibility and adaptability to change.
• Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
