Job Responsibilities:

• To perform all duties related to Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016
• Provide day-to-day operational support for server and storage
• Perform storage and server data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations
• Provide technical support to internal users and ensure services at high level
• Monitor the IT System health status, network performance and security control

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computer, Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years in providing Deskside support
• Solid understanding of personal computers, iPads, iPhones and Android phones
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Server 2019, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office 365, TCP/IP, MacOS, Linux CentOS, Samba Server
• Solid understanding of computer security and antivirus software, e.g. Kaspersky, Sophos, Carbon
• black, etc.
• Understanding of X.325 and VMWare Workspace ONE including AirWatch and Virtual Desktop
• Interface (VDI) is an advantage, but not necessary
• HK Permanent Resident is required
