Job Description

Responsibilities 工作職責:

1. Handle admissions process with timeliness and professionalism, in a results-oriented manner. Areas include handling inquiries, school tours, scheduling, payment tracking, data input and collection, and daily operational support.

2. Must be a good listener and has an attention to details, to understand parents’ needs and concerns, to think in their shoes, and to provide helpful services to engage with them.

1、以結果為導向,及時且專業地處理招生過程,工作包括處理查詢、校園參觀、時間規劃、付款跟踪、數據收集及輸入、日常運營支持等方面。

2、必須是一個很好的傾聽者,並註重細節,了解家長們的需求和疑慮,換位思考,並提供有實際幫助的服務與他們互動。

Requirements 任職資格:

1. Requires at least 2+ years of of relevant experiences in customer facing roles, preferably in the education industry.

2. Keen to interact with children and adults, with excellent communication skills, and high command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua is a must, Cantonese is a plus.

3. A dynamic team player with integrity and strong interpersonal skills and good listening skill; customer service oriented, analytical and organized

4. Passionate about education and compassionate to parents, children and our community.

5. Excellent administrative skills, logical thinking and independent decision-making skills. 

6. Working knowledge of administrative software, with an ability to quickly learn and adopt to new process and workflow.

7. All the prospective employees will be required to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) and to provide the documents.

1、至少2年以上對接客戶的相關經驗,有教育行業經驗者優先考慮。

2、熱衷於與兒童和成年人互動,具備良好的溝通能力,熟練掌握英語和漢語的口語及寫作。精通普通話,懂廣東話優先考慮。

3、正直並充滿活力的團隊合作者,具備較強的人際關係能力和良好的傾聽能力;客戶服務導向,具有分析和組織思維。

4、對教育充滿熱情,並對家長、孩子和我們的社區充滿同理心。

5、具備優秀的行政管理技能、邏輯思維和獨立決策能力。

6、掌握管理軟件的工作知識,具有快速學習和適應新工作流程的能力。

7、所有準員工需通過性罪行定罪記錄查核(SCRC),並提供相應文件。
