Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Administrator for a I.T. Distributing Company, with headquarter in US and factory in China, which is focus in security solutions, network infrastructure, data centre networks, remote access solution.

 

Job description:

  • Providing sales support inclusive of quotation generation and data entry for HK and Macau
  • Answering and acknowledging customer inquiries by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
  • Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes
  • Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
  • Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information
  • Maintaining an organized and accessible filing system

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Marketing or related subjects
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Flexible, responsible, committed, willing to learn, and a good team player
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
