Job Duties:

• Handle general enquiries & complaints from internal & external customers 
• Manage and control the projects - to assure tests arranged correctly and reports issued on time 
• Maintain clients and improve clients' retention rate 
• Prepare checklist & generate test reports 
• Provide technical support to sales colleague 
• Performs ad-hoc assignment as required 

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Chemistry or related disciplines 
• Min. 1 year relevant experience in 3rd chemical laboratories 
• Familiar with chemical testing requirement of products types for E&E product, food contact article & furniture etc.
• Experience with chemical test in ROHS, REACH (SVHC TEST) and food grade test (LFGB, FDA) is preferred 
• Good understanding in quality and work flow in chemical laboratories 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
