The successful applicant administers various human resource plans and procedures for all GSIS staff. S/He will primarily be involved with recruitment, visa applications and payroll. S/He will carry out organizational and administrative work under the direction of the Senior Human Resources Manager and will support activities to all staff of the German Swiss International School.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support with recruitment, onboarding and departure processes for employees
• Take a lead in processing visa applications in accordance with the Immigration Department
• Help process Teacher Registrations for all faculty staff
• Manage monthly payroll/MPF and Inland Revenue matters
• Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compile reports
• Handle Health Insurance requests
• Handle filing and archiving
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Human Resources or Administration
• Seasoned with at least 3 years’ solid human resource experience
• Very good command of English and Cantonese
• Team spirit, self-motivated and proactive working style
• Detailed minded and well versed in all related local ordinances
• Excellent in promoting positive work relationships with all departments
• Able to work in a busy work environment
• Problem solving skills and exercising good judgment
• Excellent computer skills
