Main Responsibilities

• Teach Math and Science to primary & middle school students
• Maximum of 33 working hours per week (average of 18 classes per week with no office hours)
• Class size: 25 to 40 students per class
• Student ages: 7 to 15 years old
• Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, exams, etc.)
• Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities
• Observe and understand students’ behavior and educational needs

Compensation

• Excellent monthly salary: 18,000 RMB to 20,000 RMB
• Free accommodation provided by the school
• Airfare reimbursement on contract completion: 5,000 RMB
• Arrival hotel allowance provided on provision of receipt
• Legal ‘Z’ work visa provided
• Heath insurance provided
• Annual salary increase based on performance
• 11 days national holiday plus 1 month summer vacation (full pay)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• TEFL certificate (120 hours or above) required
• Native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand or Ireland
• Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized and committed
• Creative and energetic
