The 1 year Digital Program is YOUR program, is what you’re looking for if you want to get out of the comfort zone working in two different countries, work environments, L’Oréal Divisions and Digital job functions.

1YEAR DIGITAL PROGRAM ✌️ 

Our purpose is to foster digital skills in young talent thanks to a unique 1 year internship opportunity which will allow you to have:  

- two internship rotations of 6 months each in two L’Oréal Divisions (Consumer Product Division, Luxury Division, Professional Product Division or Active Cosmetique Division) 

- two internship digital job rotations to make you ready to grow as Digital Expert in L’Oréal;  

- two internship country rotations starting with Italy, Germany & Austria 

This thrilling experience will allow you to confront yourself with an international environment, continuously evolving, and work with colleagues of different backgrounds. You will become a strong Digital expert while working closely with many different functions.
