Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Execute production operations programs, projects and redesigns, oriented towards the internal objectives of the plant. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Monitoring of processes focused on achieving the customer service meters (fill rate, on time). Development of the operations of its area within the budgets allocated for the use of tools and material expense. Required by the process and objectives of rotation, scrap, absenteeism and production. Develop a pleasant and friendly atmosphere based on timely communication and recognition of good performance. Support for new projects and redesigns focus on continuous improvement processes. Support departments providing support to the guards, medical clinic, cafeteria, human resources, etc. Keep records in writing or in electronic form of internal managers in your area tale as turnover, production, attendance, discipline control. Communicate with your manager on training needs and training for personal or area. Operate their areas in strict accordance with our quality system and within the established requirements and standards of ISO9002-14001. Manage and drive continuous improvement of product delivery system (PDS) Participation in VSM to define priorities for other lean tools Individual coaching of production associates on lean techniques / tools Scheduling and participation in lean events as defined by VSM Create and maintain continuous improvement (Kaizen) actions list Manage timely completion of kaizen actions. Provide the necessary support to industrial security policy is respected in all of its contents, as well as contribute to the successful implementation of the MESH Perform routine rounds in the area to identify areas of opportunities for security. Participate in accident investigations. Promote safety talks and allow staff assistance to Monthly monitoring of conc. metrics of their area. Qualifications SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: BS degree in the industrial sector, electrical, mechanical. 3 years’ experience in similar position. Promotion untitled and based on academic results, age and process knowledge. Communication and Leadership skills. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Cumplir con los requerimientos de la política de EHS. Contribuir para el logro de los objetivos y metas ambientales y de seguridad en su área de responsabilidad. Apoyo para mantener el S.A.A. para el cuidado del medio ambiente y dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos que le apliquen. Llevar a cabo las actividades relacionadas a EHS que le correspondan. Reportar cualquier condición de EHS de riesgo/insegura que detecte a EHS o su supervisor para seguimiento. Conocer los aspectos ambientales e impactos de su actividad y aplicar los controles operacionales aplicables a su puesto (Separar y depositar en los contenedores que corresponda los residuos de basura común, papel reciclable, botes de aluminio, cartuchos vacíos de tóner y tinta; reportar fugas de agua y gas, reducir consumo de agua y energía y reducir generación de residuos) Conocer y asegurar que el personal a su cargo aplique los controles operacionales que apliquen a sus areas de responsabilidad que puedan impactar a los recursos naturales. Completar los entrenamientos de EHS que le sean asignados (Entrenamiento General de MESH). Comunicar cualquier situación de emergencia de detecte a EHS o a su supervisor y seguir los procedimientos de respuesta a emergencias de las mismas.
