Part Time 1v1 English Teacher for Kids in Beijing

We are recruiting part-time English teacher to help international school students aged between 7 and 14 with their English learning.
Class size: 1v1.
Period: on-going
Locations: Near Line 5 Bei Xin Qiao Station
Time: Can be arranged according to teacher and students' availabilities. Ideally, teacher's time can be flexible. Must be available on one weekend days at least.
Duration of the class: 60-120 minutes
Salary: Negotiable.
Duties:
- Prepare systematic lesson plans,
- Deliver face to face English sessions,
- Write class summary after each class,
- Communicate with students regarding class content and/or homework,
- Communicate with the management/coordination team when needed,
- Other teaching/academic related duties (if any).

Teacher requirements:
- Native English speaker,
- British or American accent,
- Can teach young kids at age 7-10.
- Need to prepare structured and systematic teaching plans inline with students' school requirements.
- Can adjust teaching plans and methods according to the students' needs,
- Have literature teaching experiences preferred,
- Can introduce/recommend relevant English reading materials that meets specific student's interest and English level,
- Attention to details, can help students improve their grammar in oral conversation and presentations,
- Passionate about teaching,

- Reliable and responsible,
- Outgoing personality with good people skills.
