Job Description
- University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Training & Development in sizable organization, with 3 years of experience at supervisory level
- Responsible for designing and conducting training programs in collaboration with other departments
- Responsible for the coordination of training programs and provide administrative support, and familiar with e-training system
- To organize and support different staff activities e.g. volunteer programs
- Detail-oriented, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint & Excel, English and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
