Job Description
  • University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Training & Development in sizable organization, with 3 years of experience at supervisory level
  • Responsible for designing and conducting training programs in collaboration with other departments
  • Responsible for the coordination of training programs and provide administrative support, and familiar with e-training system
  • To organize and support different staff activities e.g. volunteer programs
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint & Excel, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
