Head Teacher

Responsibilities:
1. Teaching preschool classes (ages 2.5 - 6), planning lesson activities and preparing materials based on the provided curriculum
2. Building individual learning plan for each child in the class and maintaining the profiles
3. Meeting parents regularly or as needed
4. Organizing weekly outdoor activities and seasonal events
5. Continuously improving teaching quality

Class size:
- Max. 15 children, co-teaching with 1 teaching assistant

Working Hours:
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 2 hours lunch break, Monday - Friday
- Weekends off, Chinese public holidays

Remuneration:
- Above 20,000 RMB/month including housing allowance
- Lunch, free drinks and snacks provided at school
- 5,000RMB Relocation allowance
- Medical insurance

Start Day:
- 01 August 2016
- 2 - 3 year contract

Requirement:
- Love kids!
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Young Children Education, Child Psychology, or related
- English native speaker
- Minimum 2 years young children teaching experience
- IPC or PYP experience preferred
- TESOL/TEFL certificate a plus
- Fonder of experiential learning/teaching
- Positive, patient, caring, and self-motivated
