About the program:
Start on the fast track in finance at TI. The Finance, Accounting, Operations (or ACCESS) rotation program is designed for graduates with finance, accounting, industrial engineering, supply chain or related degrees. Our roles are integral to the success of our overall business, and provide you with visibility into financial reporting, business planning, manufacturing, supply chain management and much more.
You’ll have the opportunity to rotate through three different assignments. You can choose to specialize in one area (finance, accounting, or operations) by completing all three rotations in that specialty in different organizations (corporate, business unit, manufacturing), or you can generalize by exploring one rotation in each of the three different specialties.
This is a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills in a collaborative environment that will put you in direct contact with key finance and business leaders across TI. And, you’ll receive customized coaching, training and mentoring along the way.
As a member of one of TI’s finance accounting teams, you’ll be well positioned for a long and successful career where you’ll be inspired to innovate, collaborate and make a true impact.
Responsibilities could include:
Assignments are typically based in Dallas, Texas or Santa Clara, California with rotation assignments available in other US based locations.

- Analyze business cost trends, including research and development (R&D) expense, and comparing to forecasts/estimates
- Partner with the business to drive business results
- Public reporting, including the 10-Q and 10-K
- Own semiconductor pricing process for internal product transfers
- Perform monthly journal entries and reconciling accounts

- Minimum BS/BA degree in Accounting
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
