职位描述

Position Summary:

The position will work closely with the GM China Telematics engineering team, supporting the daily work, and the investigation and implementation of projects.

Main Functions:

Participate in the connected V2X (Vehicle-To-Everything) project investigation and implementation

• Stay up-to-date on the standards and regulations for China V2X, providing detailed reports and proposals to the V2X lead and team.
• Lead the competitive benchmarking for Intelligent Connected Vehicles (ICV) in the Chinese market

Participate in the Location and Precise Positioning development

• Assist in the evaluation of supplier solutions for precise position corrections, including providing a comparison with the existing implementation.
• Work with precise position suppliers to arrange test, provide results and implementation feasibility study.
• Assist precise positioning lead in the development, testing and troubleshooting of the existing and proposed future solutions.

Participate in the E-Call development

• Stay up-to-date on the standards and regulations for China eCall, providing detailed reports and proposals to the engineering and team.

任职条件

Selection Criteria:

• Expected degree in Electrical or/and Computer Engineering
• Experience or interest in automobile product development, automotive telematics, navigation and location, active safety and autonomous driving.
• Quick learner and team player.
• Oral and written English skills.
• Driving license is required.
• 4 days plus per week available for internship.
