What You Will Gain From this Role:

• Gain an understanding of the cost spend to support manufacturing operations
• Interaction/partnering with Finance and External Manufacturing Operations on actual/forecasted spend
• Ability to influence and help drive sound financial decisions
• Grow in data analysis and mining, and effective communication and presentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Understand and be able to explain relationships between operational performance and financial results
• Provide ad hoc modeling and analysis to assist Management’s decision making process
• Work closely with planning and Finance organizations to improve processes

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Education:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from recognized universities
• Fluent English ability on speaking, reading, and writing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with key stakeholders and cross functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel and SAP
• Needs to have a proactive work style with a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, have demonstrated ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with a positive and team-centered attitude
• Logical thinking & problem solving ability and detail orientated

Minimum requirements

• BS in finance
• Minimum of 0 years of experience

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
• Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
• Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
