Come join our community of breakthrough thinkers. The Dell Procurement and Supply Chain Department in Shanghai is seeking a Planner-Buyer Analyst to plan out and obtain materials, components, equipment and services for all parts of our procurement and supply business.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans and releases purchase orders to secure materials and services on an "as needed" basis
• Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing, planning, quality, and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels
• Manages in-bound supply to Dell’s global facilities or ODMs, through managing supportability outlook interaction with supply chain planning teams.
• Develops and administers purchasing improvement programs
• Resolves receiving and invoice discrepancies and manages applicable metrics within the job scope
• Maintains accuracy of procurement database and material return to suppliers on a timely basis (where applicable).

Requirements

• Interested in supply chain procurement area
• Fluent oral/written English.
• Good communication skill and collaboration skill. Can interact with people from other cultures.
• Good data analysis skill. Be familiar with Excel.
• Bachelor's degree
