Key Responsibilities

• Works closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product quality.
• Works directly with suppliers or tier 2 supplier if required to assure quality of supply for PCBA.
• Performs QSA/QPA and CIP to ensure supplier quality.
• Coordinates Quarterly Business Review (QBR) or Ops Review process.
• Works with functional leaders to perform analysis and identify areas for performance improvement.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on quality initiatives.

• Good learner to quickly grow up.
• Supplier qualification & Audit.
• New process and new technology enablement.
• Quality performance monitoring and drive continuous improvement.
