Program overview:

Honeywell China Career Development Program is an intensive two-year on-job development program for fresh university graduates who have a passion for technology and shared core values with Honeywell. The program, consisting of three rotational assignments in fields of Engineering and Technology (E&T), Commercial Functions and Integrated Supply Chain/Factory, is designed to advance young talents’ technical knowledge, develop fundamental leadership skills and help determine the long-term career path with Honeywell.

The program, with assignments driven by Honeywell business priorities, will help the trainees quickly immerse to the business environment and earn valuable industry experience along with the rapid growth of Honeywell as the diverse high-tech industrial leader globally.

Responsibilities:

• Support team to develop polymer or chemical related new product/application.
• Actively participate to explore/initiate new ideas based on technology trend and business trend.
• Conduct modeling/simulation work aligned with business needs.
• Track the newest product/technology both from industries and from academia.
• Generates in-depth material analysis/testing knowledge

Qualification and Skills:

• PhD in physical chemistry, polymer chemistry and physics, organic chemistry, computational chemistry/chemical simulation, material science, chemical engineering, and other chemistry related majors, having experience related to Li-ion battery chemicals is preferred.
• Passion to grow in technology with strong desire of innovation and self-motivation
• Demonstrated academic excellence and Honeywell behavior
• High learning agility
• Proactively to take challenges and adapt to change quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to lead and work in teams.
