Job Description/Job title: Summer Intern Bioinformatics 

Overview: 

This intern will work with the proteomics team at DMPK, learn and participate in data analysis, data archiving, and data query. This intern will also involve in computational tool development and assessment, in order to facilitate the operation of proteomics sample analysis and enable data visualization.  

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:  

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a major in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or other related field.  PhD preferred.  

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship 

• Must be returning to university for at least one semester and graduating within one year post internship 

• Minimum GPA = 3.0/4.0
