                                                              Mars Deployment Analyst Intern

 

As a Deployment Analyst Intern, you may work in one of the following functional areas:

  • Project Management
  • Stakeholder Relationship management
  • System Change Management

What we’re looking for:

  • We are looking for humble and hungry, agile students who have a drive for results, a desire to learn, and who can quickly build relationships. 

  • Supports user acceptance testing and training activities.
  • Manages the plan for defined activities as part of a project.

  • Supports the transition of the solution from Development to Support teams.

  • Maintains a thorough understanding of the relevant business area to aid in the development of accurate and concise functional requirements.

  • Identifies & understands the business and systems impact of the solution and plans the detailed tasks required to achieve delivery of the fully tested solution.

  • During the build and implementation phases, carries out activities to configure software packages and/or coordinates the work of technical resources or vendors.

  • Delivers solutions which are quality and functionally tested, with supporting project documentation which meet functional and technical requirements.

  • Utilizes the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool for planning resources, project milestones, risks and financials.

  • The role operates across segments and functions by partnering with Mars IS stakeholders to deliver specific project tasks within the region. Skills including Managing & Measuring work Peer Relationships Planning Drive for results Conflict Management

  • Captures business requirements and converts these into functional and technical specifications. Develops a thorough functional and technical understanding of the software applications

  • Escalates issues and risks to the Deployment Project Manager or Senior Deployment Project Manager.
