GCM MT program is the cradle that cultivates future talents for challenging, rewarding hospitality careers within Hilton. The 18 to 24 months (The period of Hilton Garden Inn Program is 3 to 5 years) GCM MT Program will equip you with professional expertise in a designated function on top of the general hospitality knowledge and soft skills required to fast track your career with the Company.

What will I be doing?

A management trainee with Hilton is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. A management Trainee will experience a 6-month rotation through key hotel departments. This is followed by a 12 - 18 month specialized assignment at a department of your choice including Finance, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Revenue, Housekeeping as well as Sales & Events. A management trainee will have a senior management team member as a mentor, giving you access to someone with solid experience and expertise in the business, plus career coaching to help you identify your key strengths and development areas to ensure you stay on track in achieving your career goals.

What are we looking for ？

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

-Less than 24 months full-time working experience;

-For internal TMs with at least 6 months of experience in their current positions;

-For external candidates who are 2023 graduates or graduated less than 24 months;

-Diploma and above education in any discipline;

-English and Mandarin fluency;

-Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service;

-Excellent grooming standards;

-Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations;

-Ability to work on your own or in teams.
