PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible.在故障处理/设备维护/工作支持过程中要具备现场动手能力。7. Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement MI work, such as SAP PM tasks, troubleshooting, and repair for all responsibly equipment.执行预防性维修工作，支持并执行 MI 的工作，如 SAP PM 任务，排除故障，维修所负责的所有设备等。8. Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.协助完成对工厂内承包商的管理以确保安全/质量/设备可靠性的执行。9. Provide C/I diagnostics services in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues using vibration diagnostics tools and failure analysis techniques. Responsible for providing plant equipment maintenance and routine maintenance report, archive summary, and try to reduce the recurrence of similar breakdown in accordance with rationalization of the proposed improvement measures.负责提供工厂设备大修和日常运行中出现的故障维修报告，存档汇总，同时根据提出合理化的改善措施，减少同一类型故障的再次发生。16. Do support work to plant operation team, meantime, learn basic operation skills. Master the operation for normal and emergency shutdown procedures, perform site ER PLAN.在完成本职工作的同时支持工厂操作团队，学习基本操作技能。熟练掌握工厂正常停机和紧急停机操作，执行现场应急反应计划规定的操作员职责。17. Participate in site safety management, implement EH&S safety programs, make sure job safety during maintenance work and contractor safety management work.参与现场安全管理，执行公司EH&S安全程序，控制维修工作中的作业安全和承包商安全管理工作。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or higher education holder in instrument /control automation or other related field. Preferred the relative working experience in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment大专及以上学历，仪表/自动化控制或相关专业，石油化工或制造业工作背景优先。

2. Working Experience: The minimum requirements for the control/instrument engineer’s position are 3 years’ experience in the same or similar industrial工作经历：3年相关行业工作经历

3. Strong working knowledge and hands on experience扎实的专业知识和动手实操能力。

4. Good oral and written communication skills, preferable with English language.具有良好的口头/书面表达能力, 更好能够具备英文表达能力。
