What you will be doing: 

Preparation of food items for service
Organization of plate ups for food items
Maintaining food standards through use of standardized food recipies and safe food handling practices 
Maintain food cost through the minimization of food waste. Assist the Sous Chefs in menu creations.

Your experience and skills include:

Successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar hotel environment
Journeymens papers or Red Seal or equivalents
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work flexible shifts
