Job Overview

Responsible for performance of all PM duties and tasks issued in a timely manner. To support all operations and keep the facility running efficiently and safely. Primary roles will include: Technical work orders, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Blueprint reading and fabrication, Safety system design and installation and support to other maintenance technicians.  Internal and External training is required and recommended to maintain knowledgeable with systems and support promotion.


 
 




Responsibilities 
- *Perform preventive maintenance duties and "tasks" issued from MicroMain
- *Change fluids and filters
- *Assist in maintaining chemical inventory
- *All other maintenance/preventative maintenance duties as assigned
- *Apply TOS/TPM Methodologies in all assignments
- *Develop and implement process improvements (CIW)
- *Responsive to Maintenance Customer Needs
- *Learn mechanic duties as needed
- *Work overtime as well as odd shifts as needed
- *Enter information in to the Micro Main computer system         



 

High School Diploma or equivalent required

- **Mechanical aptitude/mechanically inclined a must.
- *Ability to operate all moving machinery in our facility (forklifts, man lifts)
- *Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve necessary
- *Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently
- *Ability to work in high spaces and confined spaces
- *Ability to organize work in an efficient manner
- *Must be able to demonstrate basic pneumatic and hydraulic safety knowledge
- *Must be able to demonstrate basic electrical safety knowledge
- *Computer literate a must (Micro Main and Microsoft programs)
- *Fall protection certified or the ability/willingness to become certified
- *Established satisfactory attendance record and performance rating
- *Focused on safety in all situations
- *Established excellent attendance record and performance rating
- *Self-motivated - detail oriented individual
- *Great interpersonal and communication skills
- *TOS/TPM Knowledge a plus
- *Be able to build tables and work benches using Rexroth
