Light Rail Weld Supervisor Hi, We’re Siemens Mobility Rolling Stock! We are adding Light Rail Weld Supervisor to the team in order to respond to the growth of our business We offer you Growth, Impact and Challenge What you will be doing : Review production schedules, planning, material, and manpower resources. Assign employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality, attain, and improve output requirements. Inform assigned employees of production and material problems and coordinates with support groups to resolve problems affecting schedules. Prepare and maintain a variety of reports, records, and production documentation to reflect schedules, performance, and methods. Maintain clean and safe environment in department. Monitor and enhance departmental budget. Responsible for results in terms of costs, methods and employees. What you will need to be successful: 5 years experience managing a welding production team in a high growth manufacturing environment 2 years’ experience in OEM capital equipment manufacturing operations (preferably passenger rail cars, buses, RV’s, aerospace or aviation, in a schedule driven, high mix/low volume, engineer-to-order, project environment. A track record of successful outcomes weld manufacturing We would be impressed in if you had: Rail Manufacturing experience Bachelors Degree in Engineering Welding Certification Why Siemens Mobility?
