Working Location: Tsing Yi

Shifting: Monday to Saturday (5 days work week); 9am-6pm / 12nn-9pm

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through handling customers' inquiries and requests via phones
• Evaluate problems or issues raised by customer and provide solution effectively to build customer loyalty
• Follow up on customer cases and inquiries where necessary
• Ensure the standard levels of customer services are met

Job Requirement:

• 1-year working experience; preferably in customer service field
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Candidate who is immediately available is highly preferable
