Purpose of the Position:
Under general supervision this position is responsible for the creation, definition and implementation of quality systems and methods to ensure the ability to analyze key performance indicators to comply with internal and external quality standards.
Essential Functions:
Creates ad-hoc reports to provide insight of issues than can pose potential quality risk.
Designs/creates and modifies daily, weekly, and monthly Quality MRS Reports.
Designs/creates and maintains databases, user interfaces and reports using SQL queries and VBA modules to enhance QS team reporting ability.
Organizes/aligns work group to identify requirements/needs for new database development.
Creates new or adapts code to assist infrastructure on interpreting/applying quantitative data to motivate higher quality performance based on any necessary changes in monitoring performance.
Continuous improvements of existing system, including reports, user interface, and data structure.
Provides external sensor feedback and reporting - create excel recap of all malfunctions listed in JD Power mIQS report collecting counter measures and clean points.
Perform safe work practices and participate in trainings and safety programs in a positive and proactive way by following safety rules, procedures, regulations, standards and laws. Report all unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and injuries to supervisor or Human Resources.
Work safely 100% of the time.
Perform other duties as required.
