Duties:
- Strictly follow company rules and regulations, fulfill the job responsibilities
- Performance and quality
- Prepare and carry out employee training plan, improve operating skills and promote talents
- Ensuring safety in the workshops for all employees and visitor
- To have a very efficient flow for our production
- To secure customer satisfaction in terms of delivery
- To meet organizational goals towards delivery efficiency, quality and cost
- Direct production schedule requirements while effectively utilizing personnel
- Streamline all business processes with the ERP system
- Be responsible for the stock levels on the production line
- Ensure the reasonable maintenance arrangement of production and auxiliary equipment for regular production.
- Work closely with Quality and Engineering Department; ensure the implementation of manufacturing technology and the quality improvement.
- Conduct internal statistical analysis and economic activity analysis meeting, sum up experience, find existing problems and take initiative on the corrective actions.
- Other work assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years management experience in manufacturing environment with wide knowledge of machining process, equipment, quality
- You are expected to have a proven leadership skills
- Solid experience in lean manufacturing technics (logistics and assembly processes)
- Proven skills in machine and material planning
- Ability to speak and write English and Chinese; can read Chinese and English drawings, process documents and general paperwork.
- Able to use office software i.e. MSWord, MSExcel and MSPowerpoint; ERP experience is preferable.
- You should have a technical degree, preferably from University or equivalent, in (Mechanical) Engineering.
- You will have a key role in the Product Company management team and you will therefore characterize yourself as a real team-player
- Excellent result-oriented leadership, strong but flexible personality, ability to create and maintain a good communication in all levels
- Self-motivated, highly organized, capable of working independently
- Able to prioritize and adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
