_　Chinese language skills mandatory, good English language skills preferred
_　min. 2 years experience
_　experience in hotel, serviced apartments and apartments, offices and public buildings
_　experience in concept design and construction documentation
_　can work independently in a small team
_　is able to deliver all relevant drawings
_　be familiar and have experience with modern design style
_　understand quality of living as a main goal for interior design
_　projects: serviced apartments, office buildings, public buildings
_　start working asap
