Job title: Business Development Manager

Report to: CMO
Location: Chaoyang District, Beijing city
Responsibilities:
1. Observation and monitoring of the game market around the world;
2. Research on potential customers, competitor activities, new market trends, etc., make the relevant plans and solutions;
2. Making sales plan and budget. Engaged in the regional marketing development, and complete the sales target;
3. Handle the contract and business negotiation with customers;
4. Key accounts development and maintenance. Promote the business projects with partner;
5. Regular visits to potential and exist customers, establishing the good relationships;
6. Participation of exhibitions, organizing meetings and performing presentations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or the above, good knowledge about sales &marketing;
2. Native English speaker, fluent Chinese;
3. Good appearance and temperament, easy-going, strong communication skills;
4. Willingness for travelling all over the world;
5. Flexibility and able to work under pressure;
6. Over 2 years working experience in game or IT related field;
7. Team-player.
8. Female is preferred.
