Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

-Liaise and coordinate among design,project management, construction teams and other outside consultants in preparing design brief, appointment of consultants, master programme,costing budget and obtaining approvals

-Work with all parties to monitor the entire project's development progress, quality and cost control

-Supervise and monitor the design and other consultancy services to ensure the work can fulfil all functional,operational, quality and legal requirements

-Liaise and work closely with all contractors, consultants and the Landlord to execute the corporate specifications and work plans within set budgets and time frames

-Manage and negotiate with those third party brands in all decoration projects at the department store

-Report to the Management on progress,financial status and other major issues of the project


Job Requirements:

-University graduate in architecture or interior design disciplines

-Possess at least 10 years of experience in interior design and project management preferably for department stores or retail chains

-With rich experience in handling PRC projects is a must

-With proven track records in handling contracts, cost control, tendering procedure and applying for permits and approval with the PRC government

-Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
