For Kids And Teenagers:

Qualifications
• Passionate about teaching young learners
• 1+ year teaching experience with young learners
• Bachelor’s degree
• TEFL certificate (CELTA or equivalent preferred)
• Native English speaker
• Passport issued by the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand
• Creative, caring, and full of energy
• Aged 24 to 55 (due to China working visa restrictions)
• certificate of non-criminal record

Responsibilities
• Planning and delivering lessons to children aged 3-15 ranging from one-on-one private lessons to groups from 3 to 15 students
• Using electronic media to teach English efficiently and effectively
• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
• Participating in social activities with students organized by our school to encourage their oral English proficiency

For Adults:
Qualifications
• A genuine interest in teaching, education and developing yourself
• A desire to improve learning outcomes and student experiences
• 1+ year teaching experience, preferably in EFL or ESL
• Bachelor’s degree
• TEFL certificate (CELTA or equivalent preferred)
• Native English speaker
• Passport issued by the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand
• Previous business experience preferred
• Aged 24 to 55 (due to China working visa restrictions)
• Certificate of Non-criminal record

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering lessons to adults in classes ranging from one-on-one private lessons to a group of 5-15 students.
• preparing teaching materials to teach English efficiently and effectively
• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
• Participating in social activities with students organized by our school to encourage oral English proficiency
• 25 teaching hours per week
