Responsibilities and Duties

Installing, configuring and maintaining servers, company website editing.
Proactive monitoring of all servers, applications and services using a combination of tools to ensure high availability and performance.
Troubleshooting, installing, configuration and maintenance pc and software.
To provide regular scheduled and ad-hoc desktop support for Collyer infrastructure and user desktop applications at headquarter and remote offices.
To assist in workstation and network equipment setup, acceptance, and monitoring of equipment installation/relocation and perform site preparation work.
To assist in ad-hoc IT projects.
Requirements
Recognized higher diploma or certificate holder in Computer Studies, Information Technology or related discipline.
1-2 years’ experience in system administration or IT helpdesk support, support or similar capacity.
Hands-on experience with MS Windows Server, MS Exchange server, Firewall, Network Security, Active Directory and VPN.
Good problem solving, analytical, self-motivated and "user friendly" communication skills.
Good command of written English and Chinese.
Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
China Travel is required.
Less experience would be considered as IT Support.
