Job title: Finance Controller
Based in: Suzhou city

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for ensuring financial reporting compliance with Chinese accounting standard, including compliance with the company’s policies and procedures;
2. Responsible for ensuring overall compliance with tax, statutory authority and audit requirements in close cooperation with the tax accountant;
3. Responsible for analysis of mutations in the accounting; general ledger, balance accounts, accounts payable, accounts receivable;
4. Responsible for credit control on all purchases;
5. Responsible for control on payroll administration;
6. Responsible for providing and interpretation of financial information;
7. Responsible for monitoring cash flows and predicting future trends;
8. Responsible for the supervision of all company insurance policies;
9. Responsible for planning and execution of stock counts;
10. Responsible for drafting procedure proposals of all daily and periodic tasks within the Finance department;
11. Responsible for analyzing all business processes within the organization to identify areas of improvement and draft improvement proposals.

Requirements:

1. Good commands of the following languages: Italian, English;
2. University degree in finance/ accounting;
3. 3-4 years finance controller or business controller working experience in China;
4. Experienced in financial reporting and consolidation;
5. Experience with Oracle system.
