HR & Admin Manager

Job Description
Job duties:
- Be responsible to handle the full spectrum of HR and office administration activities, ensure the HR & Admin policies and procedures are implemented properly in China in line with Group and APR standards
- Handle the HR functions including but not limited to
> recruitment & selection
> identify training needs and implement training plans
> organize and conduct briefing/ induction program for new staff
> compensation and benefit programs
> update employee handbook in line with local labor laws
> work with CIIC to manage payroll function for all Coface entities in China to ensure compliance with local government regulations
> maintain effective and healthy employee relationship
> handle and coordinate all HR formalities relating to staff movement including end of probation, check out of exit staff, and etc
- Ensure that HR and office admin reports are completed and submitted timely
- Assess the HR and office admin needs of Coface entities in China and propose recommendations
- Responsible to update the organization charts reflecting the latest staff movement and post the updated charts to APR shared folder
- Maintain the personnel records in good order
- Support ad hoc HR and office administration projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in all-round human resources functions, related working experience in multi-national company is a must
- Well versed in local employment ordinances
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, independent, flexible, hands-on and team-oriented
- Have a high degree of sensitivity in handling confidential information
