Job description:
1.Supervisory management of engineering staff.
2.Assignment and allocation of engineering staff to projects/problems.
3.Provision of technical advice and support to the General Manager, Business Manager, Service/Manufacturing Manager, Supply/Purchasing Manager, and Commercial Operations Manager.
4.Development of our engineering capability and capacity based on the foreseeable needs and strategic intent of the business.
5.Assessment and mitigation of technical risk associated with projects and solutions to customer’s problems.
6.Communicating with other branches in NZ,Austrilia and US on technical issues.

Requirements:
1.No less than 10 years’ working experience in Design.
2.Bachelor or master degree on engineering ,automation or mechanic.
3.Rich experience in automatic equipment design.
4.Good understanding in hydraulic, pneumatic ,transfer, metal forming tooling.
5.Good communication skills and leadership.
6.Fluent English both in Writing and speaking.
