Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for handling all administrative matters
Copy documents, send and receive kuaidi, newspapers, documents, etc
Manage office supplies, parcels and courier arrangements and receiving visitors
Complete assigned tasks given by superior
Co-ordinate travel schedules of employees and partners
Monitoring all incoming and outgoing calls and taking messages for management
To receive and attend to clients and handle all reception related activity independently
Co-ordinate and partly attend special sale events

REQUIREMENTS
College Degree
Basic administrative knowledge; able to quickly learn and apply appropriate operational management knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft office software and simple online software
Pleasant image, outgoing personality, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
Strong writing skills (Chinese), interpersonal abilities and coordination as well as communication skills (Chinese)
Basic level of spoken and written English
