Job Description
Role Background
To assist Sr. HR manager to provide high quality HR supporting and services to the staffs in Greater China region.
Responsibilities
Recruiting works support:
Candidates resumes sourcing and pre-screening.
Conduct HR round interviews to the junior applicants.
Maintain HR Recruiting system & websites.
Communications with headhunters
Relay information in a timely manner, coordinates and schedules the interviews between the candidate and the business managers.
Tracking candidates status before the on-board.
Coordinator between FESCO and the candidate on check-in process before on-boarding.
HR Administrations support:
New staff employment documents preparation
New staff on-board process handling
Company employees profile maintenance
Vendor payment application and contracts filing.
Handles high volume of phone calls and emails from employees inquires on HR policies and procedures; handles the all kinds of employment certificate issuance etc..;
Employee check out formalities;
Coordinator with FESCO about the benefits program implementations.
Assist employees to apply for local HuKou/居住证.
In charge of the foreign staff business visa and working visa&permit application in Beijing.
Keep timely and accurate HR system maintenance, such as Workday.
Other HR relevant supports assigned.
任职要求
Bachelor degree, majored in HR Management is preferred.
Minimum 3 years related HR working experience in MNCs.
Be familiar with China labor laws, and local labor regulations.
Good language skills both in Chinese and English.
Strong MS office skills: word, excel, power point and outlook etc. and HR systems operation experiences.
Professional, well organized, quick learner; clear mind, logical thinking;
Should be diligent, serious, careful, honest and easy to communicate with;
Pleasant phone manner, ability to multi-task, prioritize, communication skills, articulate; & display a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, by e-mail and letter.
Should be a team player that works well under pressure;
Should be able to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks;
Demonstrate dependability, sense of urgency, and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task;
